How To Make Slow Cooker Eye of Round Roast
- Add the beef broth and crushed tomatoes to the slow cooker. Give it a quick stir.
- Season the beef evenly all over with the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley. Add the seasoned beef to the slow cooker.
- Add the potatoes and carrots to the slow cooker around the beef.
- Cook HIGH for 4 to 5 hours or LOW 8 to 10.

- Turn on the pressure cooker and select sauté. Add the oil. Season the beef evenly all over with the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley. Once hot, add the beef and sear evenly, approximately 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Remove the beef from the Instant Pot and set aside. Turn off the Instant Pot.
- Pour in the broth & crushed tomatoes water and deglaze the bottom of the by scraping all the bits off with a wooden spoon. Add the beef back to the pot.
