How To Cook A Boneless Turkey Breast In The Slow Cooker
- Pour the broth into the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Season the turkey breast evenly on all sides with the Italian seasoning, salt, garlic powder, onion, powder, and pepper. Add the seasoned turkey breast to the slow cooker. Top with the butter or ghee.
- Cook HIGH 2-3 hours or LOW 4-6.
- When cooking time is complete, remove the turkey breast from the slow cooker. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.

I was nervous making a turkey recipe before thanksgiving without trying it first. I did a small test run with a 2 pound butterball turkey that I found on sale. This came out great. No gravy but I will make that on the side. I will use this for Thanksgiving since it’s just me, husband, and son.

Very good. Light and easy. I started thawing this turkey as soon as I saw you posted this recipe. My family enjoyed it! My only complaint is that there isn’t any gravy. I had to make my own. I will definitely make this again!
