SURF AND TURF

Cajun spices cook with a combination of shrimp, steak, and chicken in this low-carb, paleo, and whole30 recipe. Make this quick and healthy  Creole-inspired meal in less than 30 minutes.

 KEY INGREDIENTS

Shrimp | Chicken Beef Sirloin | Onion Bell Pepper | Celery Garlic Clove | Ghee Salt | Paprika Pepper | Oregano Cayenne | Garlic Powder Onion Powder | Thyme Red Pepper Flakes

Melt ghee/oil in a skillet. Add the chicken and cook until no longer pink, approximately 3-5 minutes. Add beef and cook a few minutes until browned. Remove meat from the skillet.

Add onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic. Cook 3-5 minutes or until vegetables are soft.

Add chicken and steak back to the skillet along with the shrimp and all the seasonings.

Stir gently until all the seasonings are mixed in. Cook 5-10 minutes or until shrimp are fully cooked.

SERVE

I served this with cauliflower rice to keep it the trifecta (low-carb, paleo, whole30). Other serving suggestions for low-carb/keto include mashed cauliflower or zoodles.
