- In a small bowl, mix together all the seasonings. Pour the oil on top of the chicken and then the seasonings. Toss until the chicken is coated evenly on all sides.
- Spray the slow cooker with cooking spray. Add the seasoned chicken leg quarters. It’s okay if they overlap.
- Cook on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours to LOW 6 to 8.
- Pour the broth into the Instant Pot.
- In a small bowl, mix together all the seasonings. Place the trivet in the Instant Pot. If you do not have a trivet, you can add the chicken directly to the broth.
- Pour the oil on top of the chicken and then the seasonings. Toss until the chicken is coated evenly on all sides. Add the chicken on top of the trivet.
- Close lid and seal valve. Set high pressure and cook for 15 minutes. When cooking time is complete, let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
